With PNOE Metabolic Testing, You Can Stop Guessing, Even If Nothing Has Worked So Far.

Twenty minutes of breathing into a mask tells us exactly how your body makes and burns energy. So you stop training off a chart built for the average person and start working from numbers that are actually yours.

Why Is This DifferentFrom Everything Else?

Your watch just estimates. This measures.

So the calorie burn and the zones you have been trusting get replaced with numbers taken from your own lungs.

It shows which fuel you are burning.

So you finally know why you fade on the third round, and what to eat and when to stop it happening.

It sets your zones from your body.

So every ride and every session lands in the range that actually builds fitness instead of just tiring you out.

It gives you something to beat.

So three months from now you can retest and see in black and white whether the work is paying off.

You have not been doing the wrong work. You have been doing it blind.
This is the part where you get to see.

Here's How It Works

The PNOE breath analysis unit used by World of Motion in Ocala, Florida 01

You sit and breathe

The mask goes on and you rest. This is where we find how much fuel your body burns doing nothing at all.

Then you move

A gradual build in effort while every breath is measured. You stay in control and stop whenever you want.

Answered Before You Ask.

What is PNOE metabolic testing?
PNOE is a breath test. You wear a mask for about 20 minutes while the device analyses every breath you take in and out. From that it works out how your body produces and uses energy, including how many calories you burn at rest, whether you are burning fat or carbohydrate at a given effort, how efficiently your heart and lungs work, and where your true training zones sit.
What do I actually get?
A personalised report covering your resting metabolic rate, fat versus carbohydrate burn, cardiorespiratory fitness score, breathing efficiency and your own heart rate training zones. Your specialist walks you through it and tells you what to do with it.
How long does it take?
The test itself runs 20 to 30 minutes inside a 60-minute visit, so there is room to combine it with other work in the same appointment.
Is it hard? Do I have to run?
There is a resting test where you sit still and breathe normally, and an active test where you walk or move at a comfortable, gradually increasing effort. You are never pushed past what you can manage, and you can stop at any point.
How should I prepare?
Come in a fasted state if you can, ideally three to four hours without food, and avoid caffeine and hard exercise beforehand. Wear athletic clothing. We will send you the full prep instructions when you book.
Do I need to be fit to do this?
No. The people who get the most out of it are often the least sure where they stand. The test measures where you are today, whatever that is.
How is this different from a smartwatch?
A watch estimates. It guesses your calorie burn and your zones from your age, weight and heart rate. PNOE measures the actual gas going in and out of your lungs, so the numbers are yours rather than an average.
How often should I retest?
Most clients retest every three months. That is long enough to see real change and short enough to correct course if something is not working.
Can this diagnose a medical condition?
No. PNOE is a fitness and wellness assessment, not a diagnostic test. It does not screen for disease, and the report should not be used to make medical decisions without consulting your physician.
Can you do this at my barn?
Yes. The PNOE unit travels inside our air-conditioned mobile unit along with the rest of our equipment. We serve Marion County and cities within 20 miles of the World Equestrian Center.
How much does it cost?
A full session is $250 for 60 minutes, and new members get their first one at half price, $125. Here is the part worth understanding: you are paying for the session, not the service. The test takes 20 to 30 minutes, so most clients use the rest of the hour for stretching, manual therapy or the AlterG at no extra cost. Memberships bring the per-session rate down further and include exclusive content and services.
Who is this most useful for?
Riders who fade late in a course, anyone whose weight will not move despite doing everything right, people coming back from a long layoff, and anyone over 55 who wants an honest baseline rather than a guess.

One Session Tells You Everything.

$125 for your first session. Twenty minutes of breathing, and you stop guessing for good.
