An email lands in your inbox covering what to wear, whether to eat beforehand and what we need at your location. We also call before your session to confirm the address and talk through what you want to work on.
We come to you
The air-conditioned unit parks at your barn, your farm, your home or the showground. Everything travels with us. You do your session without ever leaving your property.
You leave with an action plan
A clear summary of what we found, what we did and what we would do next, built around what you actually need. Book again if it makes sense for you. If it does not, the plan is still yours.

What happens after I book?
You get a confirmation straight away, then a prep sheet by email covering what to wear, whether to eat beforehand and what we need at your location. We also call before your session to confirm the address and what you want to work on.
How much space do you need?
About four standard parking spaces of level ground, and clear access for the unit. Barns, driveways, farm lanes and showground parking all work. If you are unsure, send us a photo and we will tell you.
Do I have to book more sessions after the first one?
No. There is no obligation of any kind. You leave with an action plan whether or not you book again, and it is yours to use however you like.
What is the action plan?
A straightforward summary of what we found, what we did, and what we would do next. If a membership makes sense we will say so. If it does not, we will say that too.
How long is the first session?
About 60 minutes on site. We arrive a little before that to set up so your hour is your hour.
What if I need to reschedule?
Give us 12 hours notice and there is no charge. Because we travel to you and hold the unit for your appointment, changes inside that window may be charged.
Can I ask questions before I book?
Yes. Call our assistant any time, day or night, or use the chat in the corner of this page. Both can answer questions about services, pricing, scheduling and our service area, and either can put you through to a person.
How much is the first session?
A full session is $250 for 60 minutes, and new members get their first one at half price, $125. You are paying for the session rather than the service, so you can stack two or three things into the same hour at no extra cost.
